House rules

You will be staying in someone’s home. These are the owner’s house rules for the property.

They are a separate document from the rental agreement you sign at booking — that agreement adds no other terms of its own. Several of these rules restate duties the agreement itself imposes, though: keeping the place undamaged, staying inside the occupancy limit, and the no-pets rule are its paragraphs 8, 9 and 16, and breaking those can end a stay early.

There are stairs to get into the property and to get to the loft in the property.

Nobody has counted the steps or measured doorways, so nothing further is claimed. Ask the owner if the details matter for your stay.

From the owner

NO SMOKING or VAPING in the home or on the surrounding property. $500 fine for any evidence of pets or smoking in or on the property. Please be sure to read the guest book when you arrive and let us know if you need anything.

Disclosed because you have a right to know before you book. Recording devices are exterior only.

If something is damaged

Breaking these rules can end the stay early. Refunds in that case follow the cancellation policy and the rental agreement, which is the document that actually governs the stay.
